Harry Snead, a trailblazer and beloved mentor, Fireboat 13 was dedicated at a heartfelt ceremony at Waterside on May 10. Lt. Harry Snead made history in 1968 as the first African American to be hired and successfully complete the year-long probationary period with NFR.
